Benefit from free returns in mainland France within 30 days. ARTHUR does not cover the cost of returns outside mainland France.

Don't hesitate to ask for an exchange for another size, another colour... We offer standard home delivery of your new parcel (subject to availability).

MAINLAND FRANCE

For all return requests, please ensure that the items are intact, in their original packaging with the labels attached to the product. Make sure you have your AR-00000 order number and the email address you used to place your order.

1 - Click on the link: ONLINE RETURN SERVICE

2 - For each item, you can choose between an exchange, a refund or a voucher. You can exchange your item for an equivalent product in terms of shape and price. Alternatively, you can ask for a refund or choose a voucher plus an additional 5%.

3 - Once you have made your declaration, you will receive your returns label by email. Print it out and stick it on your parcel, which must be securely closed.

4 - Return your parcel by La Poste or Relais Colis and keep your proof of delivery.

Once your return has been received, the returned products will be exchanged or refunded within 5 to 10 working days.

 

Tip: return your parcel from your letterbox

1 - Go to: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/retourbal/formulaire

2 - Enter your 13-character parcel number, starting with "8R...". This number is located on the returns label under the first barcode.

3 - Place your parcel in your letterbox for collection the following day.

For all exchange or refund requests, simply return your item in a securely sealed parcel, together with your full contact details to the following address:
